Very pleased with the professionalism of this company. I had a new pool heater installed at my vacation house in Key West along with remote pool control. There were some issues with the Pool Sync app and The Pool Man of Key West spent hours helping me remedy the issue.

Their team not only makes sure your pool is clean but they they also balance the pool's chemistry to make being in the water enjoyable. Ben Bortner makes sure that his customers are satisfied. We recently ran into a problem with our fiberglass pool that was 20 years old. Another vendor had talked us into having the pool painted with Ramuc Pool Paint ... it was nothing short of a disaster as the paint began to dissolve into the water. Our family was afraid to go into the murky water. In an effort to help us out, Ben Bortner, the owner of the Pool Man of Key West, suggested an entirely new process of treating pools using the Eco-finish Polyfibro, a polymeric coating that truly bonds to the pool. We had put up with paint dissolving in our pool for the past year ... in ONE DAY they completely resurfaced our pool ... we were filling the pool before sunset! ... what had been disaster ... became a story of a \New Pool in a Day\ along with a 10-year guarantee. The Eco-finish is an incredible process and we first have to thank Ben Bortner for taking the time to help us out with our dilemma. Ben is absolutely professional and timely He came to my house and did a free estimate. He was informative and knowlegable. Had it set up as promised without issue. Also has veen very responsive to all of my inquiries since. Would definitely recommend for any pool service.
Since Ben has taken over the business, they have really stepped up all aspects of the business and service is really good. They try super hard! Would totally recommend them to anyone in the lower Keys looking for pool service!
