Received a piano in desperate need of tuning. Gave her a call and received an excellent conversation about my piano and setting up my appointment. When she arrived she came prepared! Tools in hand! Spent a couple hours here really going through the process. Not only did I get a tuning, she tightened a few things, adjusted a couple hammers and even found a nerf dart lodged inside. Excellent service, amazing pricing and a wonderful conversationalist.
