Told me when they could get my uniform tailored and returned, got it done early. Couldn't ask for better service.

1 star for the store 5 stars for Pascal the shoe shiner inside their store. They started off well after we switched from Galls in Orange. Now the same issues are popping up. Super delayed orders, some staff is great and friendly others give you attitude depending on how they feel that day. High prices & slow service is not a god combo in my opinion. The person that does the embroidery allegedly only works one day a week. How about you cross train some people so customer orders are not delayed an entire week at a time if the order isn't day on that one day a week. They don't call you when your order is done and at times they don't give you a solid pick up date. You have to call and get updates.
These guys are terrible. Very unprofessional. Man I got stories for days about these snakes. The only good thing about This store is shoe shiner. He's actually a good guy. Probably the only in the store and does a great job. Other than that this place is terrible. Avoid it like the plague
This place is the best. I came to buy boots, this young girl stayed with me until I tried almost all the brand's I was surprised when she went to double check the price for the boots that I liked. In my understanding the price was 180.00 and when she came she told me that the price was only 140.00. I live in San Bernardino county and I don't mind driving a extra mile to come to this place again. Service is unquestionable
Very slow with getting my uniform. Took a month to get my correct pant size in and two weeks to get my name embroidered on my shirt. Though the staff is very helpful and kind.
Went in to order a uniform sweater for myself and a friend on 12/2. They told me it will take 4 weeks to get my friends sweater because of the size. I get a call 4 weeks later saying that it came in and should be ready 1 1/2 weeks. I stop by today since my sweater was ready but they made an embroidery mistake. Oh and their embroidery person quit. So instead of waiting another 6 weeks I asked for a new sweater in my size and my friends sweater to take to a different place. They don't have one my size and apparently had an incident with my friends sweater today is 1/21. It must be nice to have contracts with LEO and the fire department to not give a damn about other customers or meet proper deadlines. I swear if I had a choice of where to get my gear it would not be this place.
Terrible service and HORRIBLE attitudes. My husband is currently in the academy and can’t have his phone until he is out for the day and the store is closed so I pick up his uniforms for him. EVERYTIME I call to see if they are ready to be picked up they tell me no and then call his phone 5 minutes later and say they are ready, my husband even asked them to call my phone number when they are ready and they still call him! He recently needed a new uniform hat and I called them to make sure they had his size in stock before driving over there with my one year old since I live 30 minutes away, they told me they had it in stock but of course when I get over there they tell me they don’t have it! The girl I spoke with even said she remembered talking to me and telling me it was in stock, are you kidding me!? If his department does not require him to go to this specific store I will 100% be taking my business elsewhere.
3 years of forced patronage and I've never had a single interaction that was positive. Personal and business transactions are equally flawed, tailoring is always incorrect, I can't even get a flag sewn on facing the right direction (backwards twice, UPSIDE DOWN once). The only reason I go here is because I'm forced to. Take the time to go directly to the manufacturer, even if they're out of the country. I would give negative 5 stars if possible, the only guarantee you have by using Keystone is that your order will be wrong.
