Don’t use Francisco’s restoration for fire cleanup or renovation. This has been a heck of an ordeal for them to just leave the house safe or finish their jobs they started. They even left my house unlocked and unattended when they left today. 1 star, since some days they would actually show up. So disappointed that they took a hard time in our life and tried to make money off it without doing half their job. Lawyers will have to be involved just to get them to do the work they promised. Vents closed up in the walls. Screws missing out of door hinges ( that they’re blaming on my kids) . Brand new vanity without shelf supports so I had to use screws. New windows that leak water every time I rains. They drilled through brand new cabinets that they custom made. They used products from places we specifically said not to use or buy from that store.Left our basement almost untouched. They changed up products without consent or even a call. There are staples sticking up on my steps. Plaster all over my fireplace. Dents and broken spots on the counters. Debris still on the yard. And they want 30,000 extra than their original estimate. Just use someone else and save money and 6 months of time. It’s almost been a year and they’re still not done and my house still smells of fire and smoke. They’ve also left my home unsecured when they left after a few hours of work. Privacy and security are important and they shouldn’t leave a job without securing someone’s home.

We are very happy with the Fransisco’s. We had the unfortunate results of an AC in our attic fail and not shut off creating and allowing several gallons of water flow into our living area. Fransisco’s came out that day and started mitigating the water damage and saved us some cost. We also hired them for the restoration and they did an exceptional job.
