My 1st dealing for a vehicle ( I'm in my senior years). My husband was busy & said take care of this. Shelley was MIA delivering a vehicle, she left Bradley to help me, & he was very informed. The whole financial dealing part was scarry for me having never done that, but Carlos was also great to work with & I'm sure Anderson's made money, my car being a good trade in, & I felt I got a good deal as well. KIA of Grand Island provided great support and service with my KIA optima. Jeff was very good at communicating what needed to be done and keeping me up-to-date on the mechanics progress on my vehicle repairs. As well as, explaining each step and repair that the mechanic had to complete on my vehicle. The mechanic even took time on his day off to finish the repairs to my vehicle, which allowed me to pickup my vehicle ahead of schedule. Very satisfied with my experience at Anderson Ford KIA of Grand Island. I would recommend them for any vehicle repair or maintenance.
