Extremely pleased to have worked with Carlos, Laura, Omar and especially Levon (sorry if I forgot anyone's name) for working out a nice deal to step up from the Stinger GT to GT1 with the same exact color configuration inside/outside. Very friendly, easy to work with and a pleasure to do business. My favorite dealership! I used to work with brokers and I've given up with the terrible experiences I had. Much more prefer working with the great staff at Kia of Valencia. Thank you so much for really making it a GREAT 2021 for me!! Words can not describe the experience I had today. My husband and myself were looking for a new ride for the family. We were approached by Nico, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. We left that day interested in Kia just because of Nico. We came back two weeks later ready to shop again. Not only did Nico remember us, he remembered every detail what we were looking for. After deciding on a Telluride, Nico brought us to the office to review terms. We were introduce to Jose, his knowledge and experience was very impressive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Moises really knows the details about Kia car features and functionality. He provided clear guidance and an overview of the Kia K5 features. So friendly and patient. Jose assisted us with the finance aspect and worked so hard to get my daughter (a first time car buyer) financed with a great rate. We were ecstatic when Jose called 3 days later to tell us he found an even lower interest rate, which means big savings for my daughter. Great and friendly team to work with. They made it a great experience. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
