I started going to this school when I was promised many things by the owner / Instructor Robert Presley guaranteed certain things such as being able to make up for missed classes, phone number to other \black belt\ instructors (To arrange meetings for missed classes), and unlimited classes when ever I could contact any instructor that was welling to train that day. Sadly enough, none of these things were ever spoken about again and when brought up to Robert were simply ignored and he acted as though there were never such obligations that he agreed to. When I was not getting updated on time changes for when the classes would take place or when classes were canceled I acted him to update my email address because he must not have had the right one. He refused and told me that it was my email having problems. There were many times I showed up to classes and nobody was there and even times I showed up and he left before training started without scheduling another instructor to teach the class in his place. I had to go through a lot just to get to these classes and having to pay 80 dollars a month without ever getting any training for 6 months in a row was enough to upset me. I am sorry to even leave such a review. Robert and his wife are very nice people, but I am not here to review them as people, but how they run their business and what the business has to offer. I must be honest. I am so sorry, but this review is all true. Avoid this place. It looks like Bakersfield still doesn't have a Krav Maga School..
