They have more personal attention than another swim school that we tried; much smaller classes. The water is warm and they have a shallow end of the pool, both of these are helpful for little kids that are afraid of swimming. Our son didn't enjoy his classes at all in the other school, while he loves his classes here and is no longer afraid of the water nor of swimming.

Joseph is amazing in customer service and is so flexible with scheduling classes. If there are any concerns he is always 100% understanding and willing to fix it to make the customer happy. Keira is hands down the greatest swim teacher. My daughter (4) has learning challenges and she really connects with her. She is so patient, kind, and willing to teach these kids. My daughter has come so far and I'm so happy that she has such a positive swimming experience thanks to these 2 employees!
I feel that the following items are negative in this center. They would need to improve... 1)\tThere is only one bathroom for Men and one for Women; it’s not enough… For example, if there 5 boys shown up the for 30 minutes session, let’s say, 6:30 to 7:00 pm and each boy takes at least 5 min to take shower, 5th boy should wait for minimum 25 minutes on wet head). This would lead (cold / fever) towards some medical expenses. When I did check with the manager-in-charge, she said that it is “Fairfax County rule”!!! Not sure about this irresponsible answer. I have requested her the details that where to refer the county rule and compliance officer’s contact details; but she is not ready to provide them. 2)\tThere are no regular teacher; they can often change the teacher without prior notice to customer. 3)\tSometimes, front desk staffs are very rude when responding to customer's question. 4)\tPoor record keeping. They have missed my kids record; In this case, if something happens, how to reach us??? Positive: * The center has a good teacher named Mr. Xavier, who teaches very good even though my kids are not trained under him. In general, I won’t recommend to my friends. Thanks.
The instructors are amazing and the management is incredible. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating to my children, and my schedule as a working parent with a complicated work schedule. My child can swim, and is finally happy to be swimming.
Easy Access. Inconsistent with teachers and curriculum. Front Desk is not friendly, not people or business oriented. On mommy & me sessions there is no engagement. Lot and frequent turn over in staff. We did 5 weeks in a row (2 days per week) enough to no do it again. Moving on new swin school for our baby
I do not recommend this place. I received contradicting information and when I went in, the front desk woman who claimed to be the manager was rather antagonist and inappropriate at a supposedly child friendly environment. I was fine with what she said but her tone, eye rolling, putting hands up and exhibiting strange, uncalled for expression was shockingly unprofessional. I am glad to lose 100 as long as I don't expose my children to such an unwelcoming and inappropriate environment.
Ally at the front has horrible customer service!!!! Didn't even want to step foot inside after getting off the phone! This school makes you pay for the lesson and assesses you during the lesson without even finding the right fit by doing an assessment before the actual lessons begin!! We've been to several swim schools and this just doesn't seem fair as the customer pays for the assessment essentially!!
