The phones don’t work and they mess up your order. They don’t give receipts and they mess up where they send the online ones to. Embarrassing to say the least

Terrible staff, waited in line for shoes for an hour, girl comes out, names sizes, and picks the very last woman in line. Horrible.

Without a doubt the worst customer service going. No one acknowledges you, speaks to you, looks in your direction. One girl held up the wall and had a sour look on her face from the moment we walked in until we left - she was almost scary to be around. The staff refuses to wait on you. You have to walk up to them and ask to be helped and they won't measure your childs foot or open a shoe box - they do as little as possible. If I could give zero stars I would.
