I want to thank Jose Arreazola and Madison Brownlee for their help... I bought a pair of shoes back before quarantine to be shipped to store then bam... closed no shoes... but today I got them and I'm so relieved that these two made it so easy... just waited patiently and all was great walked out with an extra pair of shoes... thanks guys...

I went to the store to get some shoes for my son. So decided to buy two of them. This Caucasian young lady with glasses and a nose ring (I believe) was attending to me. So due to them not having my sons size in most of the shoes I wanted, we had to keep going through options, she didn’t seem to mind then. In the end I told her I’d go with my first and last option but maybe she didn’t understand because of my “Caribbean accent”. Upon getting to the register she had three shoe boxes set aside for me so I politely told her “I’m only going to take these two” and touched the two I wanted. So she was like “so you don’t want this one” and took the other box and threw it to the back of her, attitude and all. So I asked her if she was upset, because clearly she had an attitude from there. I’m guessing because she put three to the side for me and I only took two. She replied “no”. That was the last thing she said to me. When I was done with my transaction she just turned her back on me and went on her way. No “Thank you, have a good day, not even I put your receipt in your bag”. I mean she didn’t owe me courtesy but I’d been shopping for hours and that was the only store I’d gone to with poor customer service. I work in retail aswell and I’ve gone above and beyond for customers who don’t take anything and have never responded this way. Please do better!!
