On Sunday July 29, 2018. I came to shop in Kids Foot Locker with my daughter. I noticed a change from Foot Locker to Kids Foot Locker. I seen this young lady Ebony upstairs in Foot Locker maybe a month ago working and the experience was horrible. I stop going into that store and decided to take my business to other sneaker stores in the mall. Even though I noticed she was there, I decided to give it a shot because I needed sneakers for my daughter. As I was looking around an employee asked me if I needed help but I was waiting on my daughter to pick out what she wanted. As I was waiting I overheard Ebony ask the employee that was helping me if she had a problem to address with her. The employee said “yes, I do have a problem you are rude to me and to customers”. I don’t think that kind of conversation should be discussed publicly, it should’ve been privately where it was just between them. The employee then proceeded to help me and my daughter but my daughter didn’t find anything she liked. I thanked the employee and Ebony had an attitude and looked very unpleasant like she always does. I don’t think someone with such a bad attitude should work with people, if she doesn’t know how to be pleasant with every customer. I will try to shop when she is not there to avoid another bad experience.
