The young lady who helped us had outstanding customer service. My family and I were stranded at the airport after traveling for 2 days and there she was to the rescue as other companies had attendants talking and not paying attention or helpful.

The AVIS worker that helped me get the car was so helpful. I don't remember her name, but she worked at the airport in Killeen and she had braids.
