Was given a free upgrade by the manager after finding damage on the original car I was given in October 2020. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Check your vehicle carefully before leaving the lot.

I rented a vehicle from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Killeen Airport in September, 2020. I had to return it the very next day due to an overwhelming stench of skunk. How anyone inspected and passed that vehicle for re-issue is beyond belief. No apologies and I had to fill up the tank upon return. Enterprise is usually excellent. This one is not.
Everything with the rental car process was smooth from booking online, picking up the car, and returning it. All Gold Stars for Shauna Valentine with superb customer service!! She is extremely personable and great at what she does!! She definitely knows how to make a customer feel great!!

This location seriously needs to be looked at. Don’t go here. I do not know where to begin on what went wrong with this place. -the lady was rude. -she distinctly overcharged then refused to reverse what she did that made it 50-60 more a day. -after charging us the money, she then told us to wait, and proceeded to help everyone else before us. -then she said, ops sorry I gave your reserved car away. -then she said, you’re going to have to wait longer because we need to clean our cars. -after all this, she didn’t even walk us out and inspect the car she gave us. -the car was damaged -she refused to help further. -then we called to report all this and the supervisior said we will pay for it. I do not know what kind of business this place is running but whatever it is, Is a JOKE.
