BUYER BEWARE!!! This place is a joke. I bought a refrigerator and when I got home it did not work. He ignored me for hours until I called with a private number then he was rude and tried to blame me that it didn't work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !

I bought a washer and dryer set from them last year. The first time they delivered the first one they had to come switch it out because the dryer wasn’t working. Now 8 months later the dryer is not working anymore. Poor customer service from the jump. And I’m sure this just a 500 loss. Do not buy their trash!!

This is a buy at your own risk business. The proprietor essentially purchases or \acquires\ appliances, fixes them, and sells them to the public. He does issue a brief warranty on items sold; very brief. The photo shown is a total misrepresentation of the establishment. Had I taken pictures, you would understand. Next time I go by ill take and post some.

To begin this place looks and is a washer and dryer cemetery. The owner is by far one of the most rude people I have ever deal with. Did not want to deal with prices that he was making on the go since nothing was tagged. Everything was over 300 which is not a bad price if the washer and dryer didn't look like they where in a roll over. If you guys are looking for good prices and definitely way better treatment. I was able to get a dryer for 150 at Protex Appliance Killeen TX. The lady there treat us friendly and the dryer look good for the price she gave us. I was able to get a washer for 165 from Becquer's Appliances at Killeen TX and the owner hook us up with free delivery and installation plus military discount. If you read this far I highly recommend you not to waste your time going to First appliances you might leave with gangrene and definitely most likely you won't by buying anything there.

The owner had a front loader and when I asked about the drum stabilizing plugs, he became very irritated with me and wanted to know why I wanted them. If you know anything about front loaders, when you move them without the stabilizers, you take a risk of damaging the drum. He kept asking me what did I want the stabilizers for. I politely told him thank you and left.
