You can pay your bills,water, sewer, etc, you got to pay a deposit, but if you get benefits(gov check, or soothing like that) you can either got it waved or get it put on you next months bill,you pay a 95dep25 for them to hook up, and you pay it all no half payments,you do get friendly service,there's a drive thrue, it's much faster but it's only to pay bills,there is an online site, CITY OF KILLEEN TEXAS GOVERNMENT.Just set up in online account and go from there but you need your account number

Completely disgusted on how killeen waste management handles their customers. Friday afternoon I'm standing on my porch and they completely skips my garbage and didnt acknowledge me at all and didn't let me know what I did wrong.when I call to explain. The situation the only help i got was that I now have to pay a fee for them to come get it, even though they were only down the street still riding around. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL! UNCALLED FOR TRUCK NUMBER : 4068
Maybe I am just one of the lucky ones, but it was a fast smooth transaction to transfer service to a new residence. I know time of day is important for how busy they are so I went first thing in the morning. The lady helping me was polite, courteous, and efficient. I read some of the reviews on here and I have to wonder what happened. Politeness and courtesy goes both ways. Thank you for the easy and pleasant experience.
