The past year the staff has acted uniformed and brand new not to mention lazy. I was a client for almost 8 years and now they want you to do their job and make all the calls to the doctor, insurance, etc. They no longer do anything other than give you the run around and make excuses with me having a file with them. Ridiculous and a headache. Don't waste your time.

I picked up my CPAP machine from here.Ms Nicole assisted me and was very professional and knowledgeable about the system.She was very patient and answered any and all the questions I had. I will definitely be rcommending this place just based on their customer service.
Looked on their website that came up when i goggled them for their hours, it said 8-5. When I got here the hours posted on the door says 8:30 to 5. Then when I get my supplies they want my copay. Fine but when they file with the insurance and the insurance only pays so much they send you a bill for more money. Back in February I go in for my supplies they tell me I have a credit. OK. They when I go back in for new supplies in August they tell me I owe over 60 and they hand me a paper with amounts due for over a year ago. When asked for an explanation of this I was given the billing phone number. When called they had no answers. What customer service
