Bought a new dryer and cross threaded a bolt attaching power cord. Called and explained in detail to the guy setting up the appointment. When the tech arrived he had no idea of the issue and thought he was done after putting the cover on. I showed him the bolt and he said i would have to order a whole new power grid. He proceeded to tell me that my brand new dryer was a junk brand (Samsung) and that i should take it back and buy from sears. As soon as he left without doing anything but ordering a part had a friend who happened to be a car mechanic come by and we fixed it in 15 minutes. Working great now wish I hadn't called sears.

I desperately needed an appliance repairman so called this really professional ad. I was placed on hold for 5 minutes, then disconnected. I called back and was told they could get a repairman to me 3 WEEKS, I have a Kenmore dishwasher that won't drain and I have dirty water in the bottom, and obviously cannot use it. They can get a NEW dishwasher to me in 3 days. What does that tell you?

I called these people because the ice maker in my Samsung refrigerator wasn't working. I was told they could schedule something almost a month later though I was expecting company in a week and needed it. I ended up having the guy come out (no email or phone call follow up), he ordered a part which came again with no notice that I had even ordered it. I did get a call to schedule the repairman to come and install it but when he came it turned out to be the wrong part. He ordered the correct one and again, it just turned up at my door - no communication from this company at all. I again got a phone call to schedule the repairman to come out but never got a receipt or verification of the work done, warranty paperwork, nothing. Now the ice maker isn't working again 6 months later but the only warranty is 90 days - which I found out by tracking down the charge from my credit card company and calling them in Texas! Besides being incredibly frustrated with Samsung I would never work with these people again or recommend them to anybody. When I explained that to the call operator she basically said \No worries\!!
