They generally don't have what you need but order it and it comes timely. And quick delivery. prices similar to other places. Quality of the product is fine. However the reason for the poor review is the attitude of the people there. Act like they are doing you a favor to sell you something. Talk down to you, don't respond, often I had to go to the office to get someone to take. my order. The sales rep Dave Nero is impossible to deal with. doesn't respond, drops the ball on orders, and has an attitude that he really does not want to be talking to you. Terrible customer service and attitude at this company. Its a more pleasant experience to buy at Home Depot or one of the other lumber yards, so I bought far more product at HD than this place. Why get talked down to when you can get the same or better price at Home Depot. I would never use them again
