Super friendly and responsive family business! I called them about a heating issue in the afternoon during the busy season and they had someone out the next day. Allen is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the system works as he troubleshooted.

We purchased our home in October 2017. The first summer we noticed that our central AC was not working. Over the course of 2 years we had two different companies from Cheyenne WY come out. We were told completely different things from both companies and the cost for both was way out of our budget. So we went with three window units. This year my husband had heard of Kimball HVAC. I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment. Alan and his team came to our home and did completely the opposite of what the two Cheyenne companies suggested. The airflow is great and the house has been comfortable ever since. Alan followed up with us the next two days and then again about 10 days later. I would definitely recommend Kimball HVAC.
Allen and his team were wonderful. We had to have our furnace replaced and they were right on the ball with install time, and their prices were really fair. They stayed in constant communication with us, which was a good peace of mind. We will definitely be using Kimball HVAC for our future projects.
Called to have heater turned on in the midst of cold front coming in. They were there promptly at 8am. Wonderful response time. Will definitely call again, highly recommend.
My dishwasher quit working. I called Al and asked him if he worked on dishwasher. He said yes. So he came over very quickly. After a short time, he found what was wrong and had it fixed. He was quick, professional and knew what he was doing. I would call he again. Roger
Alan of Kimball hvac has been a great resource for me. He has helped me with furnaces duct work and boilers. He has also been a great resource for me for any questions I may have over the phone in a different state. I highly recommend him and his team.
