This outfit has performed miracles for both my boat cover and screened in porch. He is the regional go-to -guy for keeping the elements out of your business with his custom canvas work. Great work Martin! Thanks for your attention to detail and keeping it dry!

In my opinion, I was treated horrendously by Kimbell Designs. I feel that I did not receive the service I requested at Kimbell Designs. I tried to plead with the owner to correct the canvas which in my opinion is sub-par and he did not fix this canvas but instead called me names saying things I would characterize as vulgar and personally insulting. I had asked for a minor alteration to my canvas and I would have thought this would have included a smooth surface and snaps but what was produced did not lie flat and snaps were not installed. And, somehow, while the work was being done, a tear appeared in my canvas which was patched in a way that makes my canvas look shabby in my opinion. The owner plagued me with harassing phone calls for payment during which on numerous occasions I tried to speak reasonably with him about my concerns. Even after I pleaded with the owner to please complete and correct this work, he refused stating that if I paid him additionally he would do so. I, then, attempted to meet with him in person. He became unglued in my estimation and I felt threatened by him while he was using language that was slanderous, vulgar, and offensive to me in front of a number of people. I am saddened by this experience and would have never expected it. I had expected as a business owner that he would want to know what concerns his customers had. Instead, I was left feeling unimportant, belittled, embarrassed, and insulted.
