Jason that works with this company came out and try to fix the issue with our motel WiFi and it worked fine until he left the premises. And just now about 8:17PM CT, we called the 1 800 number for this company and don't know who answered but she said your WiFi isn't working or something like that. Don't remember exactly. We have workers who need WiFi to get their work done but Jason and the reps that work around him don't care. I've texted Jason about this issue and told me if you're not satisfied with us then I can give you all the passwords and you can find another company. NOW THAT'S A BAD UNKNOWLEDGABLE, OR WHAT HAVE YOU ANSWER. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE THIS COMPANY, CANCEL THE CONTRACT! PAY WHATEVER FEE YOU HAVE TO TO CANCEL.TELL THEM I WANT TO CANCEL WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED. VERY BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Example: We pay 100/month (100 x 12months 1,200). THAT'S ALOT MONEY GOING NOWHERE BUT IN THE TRASH DUE TO VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We have a motel and some customers (workers) need WiFi to do their paperwork or what have you. And when the WiFi doesn’t work, we call and whoever answer says let me reset the modem. And it doesn’t do any good. So, customer service is bad. I kept calling the office since yesterday (02/05/21) but the answer machine, press this to leave a message...
