The technician was friendly yet professional; polite yet very patient. He went above & beyond what I'm accustomed to via your technicians. He was a pleasant surprise. He did not use the weather, it was raining, as an excuse to do inadequate work. He also exhibited no signs of resentment for my lack of knowledge related to the condition of previous phone jacks in my home. He was satisfied with my being the customer and his skills as the expert. I think he should be a cultural sensitive trainer for this rural area. Can I request him if I have any more phone issues? By the way the last technician that was dispatched to my home did a terrible job. He came at an unscheduled time so I missed him. He left a note that my service was ready for a landline phone. He never came inside to check the hacks as I had requested. So I called the office & was told that he was correct & I just needed to purchase a phone & plug it up. Well I purchased two different phones & had no dial tone. I had the jacks tested & guess what, no dial tones. The jacks were no good. So I've been paying for a service I never received. The landline is necessary because there is a disabled person in my home who can't operate a cell phone. Now I would like my account credited for service paid for but never received. I'm so amazed at how fast it was to get internet this morning ...Ive never in my life have had anything installed quickly ..I bet he wasn't here not even 5 minutes....My Tec was very very pleasant and knowledgeable about his job..very. Nice young man ..His Boss would be very happy to know that they have a very good employee with this one : I hate I can't remember his name but. I'm the world's worse at that ..But yes whom ever hired this young man you Did good he is one to be proud to have on your team

Even though I got a very bad experience while moving my service to a new location, a good technician and their support, change my opinion and make me stick with Windstream Kinetic another year after 15 days without internet and all excuses and escalations. It all depends of your luck, so Thank you Tim, for your service. Hope to see fiber soon in my area. For those that are new with Windstream Kinetic, don't judge the book by its cover like I did. Still there are people out there that really do their job correctly and professionally, good luck!

My tech, Weston was an excellent conversationalist and a genuinely nice person. Very knowledgeable regarding his field and was also expedient in his implementation of the hardware. I will definitely recommend Windstream ISP to friends and family based on my experience with Weston today. The service has been great so far, as well.
