Their work and prices are second to none. Very professional and clean. Their knowledge leaves you without second thoughts. Highly recommend CMR not just for heating and air. But for plumbing as well. They will always be my first call.

James came out today after another company had been there 2 weeks ago and completely ripped me off without fixing or repairing anything!!. The previous company had said they put in a new capacitor and in fact they did not. The previous company said I needed a new compressor, which I did not. The previous company took my 100 deductible and did nothing!!! The previous company had me go for 2 more weeks with no ac and CMR (James) had it up and running in an hour. James was very pleasant and attentive. He got my ac up and running and informed me of a semi-closed vent that will probably need repair soon. We are checking to see if the insurance company will pay for that or if my HOA will. If nothing else I may have to pay for that work to be done myself in the near future. James was on time and seemed very concerned and attentive. CMR thus far has been a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend them. I realize my unit could break down tomorrow, and if it does, it will be CMR that I call.
Awesome service with their maintenance plan. I've had to call a few times outside service, and CMR arrives promptly. If CMR was aligned with my home warranty, American Home Shield, they would have 100% of my business. Great company with good people!!
As an electrical contractor, we have worked with CMR Heating & Air for years now. They have done excellent work for our customers and never disappoint. We highly recommend them to EVERYONE who asks us who is a good heating/air company in the area!
