Beware.Do not fix mechanical failure on the road. Need to call roadside assistance, have it towed to nearest Hyundai . Sonata (2nd lease) with 6000 miles, lost acceleration on Turnpike. Oil system backup should not happen at 6000 mi. since oil filled by dealer. Limped 15 mi to a mechanic. Out 208 because it was not a Hyundai service.

So far, better than Rick Case Hyundai, Ramon from the servive department is helping me with the recall, for my 2004 Elantra, passenger airbag. Today I went with out appointment and they took my car in, unlucky the problem was not solve, waiting for a phone call, Ramon is contacting Hyundai headquarters to get authorization so the part can be change, because is a recall. Thank You King Hyundai and Ramon, for your comprehensive assistance. Rick Case has to learn about customer service from King Hyundai.

I am so happy with my purchase from King Hyundai! My salesman, Howard Adler, was hands down the best car salesman I have interacted with throughout this car buying process. It felt like I was talking to someone who valued my safety, respected my budget, and advocated for my needs. There was no need to haggle because I truly felt Howard and the team offered an incredible price. I was able to ask all my questions and most were answered before I even had to ask! They even went down to Miami to locate pick up the exact vehicle I wanted! Rafael in finance was also very personable and helpful.
