Went in there to look at coins with my father and they didn’t have really anything and my father was asking the guy some questions and he was extremely rude and acted like it was bothering him that we were asking questions, this was the first time we’ve ever been in there and it definitely will be the last especially when your phone is more important than people looking to spend money in your store.

Yeah, so I now believe the other 1 star reviews and I'm certain the 5 star reviews are fake. There are two signs up. The first is "Out for a quick break", the second is "Closed for inventory, call with questions". Which is it? Nobody picks the provided cell number up and there is no voice-mail. I'm a pretty serious collector and bullion stacker, and I can see at least a few items that I would be very interested in. It pisses me off to be this close to the only store I care about in the mall, but I can't buy anything, and I have no way of knowing when it will be open.

Responded to store at opening and viewed a sign which stated the staff member was on a quick break. A phone number was provided to call for assistance. 2.5 hours later received a message that they were unavailable.

Was in the store looking at coins for my father who is in his 90s. The employee continuously ask my daughter for her phone number even though she politely declined. My daughter is 13 years old and I was standing right next to her the whole time. I was terrified for my life and my daughters life.

Horrible experience I called ahead to see if it's ok to come in. I show up amd wait for 3 hours for someone to show back up for a lunch brake. Just for him to shut the door and say I'm closed. Then I insisted and he let me in to just say no we dont buy coins. Sorry bye. Dont go here it's a waist of time.
