I went into this store to get a new screen and battery for an i-phone 6s for my wife for xmas. The battery was terrible, and when I went back, the man in the picture opened up my phone, said it looked like a battery they would install, then he said the store changed hands and there is a new owner and I have to track down the old owners. We didn't look at the phone right away after he gave it back to us. When we checked later, the screen did not work and the phone was completely entirely dead. Thinking this \gentleman\ might have made a simple mistake putting it back together, he denied he ever met me when I went back there. lying right to my face, saying he never met me and he never touched the phone. Long story short, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION and if you see this man DO NOT LET HIM FIX YOUR PHONE. Don't even let him look at it! If he looks at it and breaks it, he will not own up to it and fix it. This man has no respect for other people, and will lie despite cameras and overwhelming evidence because he is embarrassed of his own incompetence. I only gave them a star because I had to.
Do not come here!! My friend brought her cracked phone here, guy said he could fix it in a hour, we came back and everything was fine up until she got home. The screen became unresponsive at times and clicked, and opened random things. Tried to bring it back and the guy acted like he didn’t know who she was, even after we provided a receipt, he insisted he never saw either of us nor changed the screen. Pay the extra money and go to Apple instead
Brought in my phone with broken screen... said it would take an hour. I came back and they had put light damage in the phone. I took it back and they couldn’t fix it, but in the process knocked out an unrelated piece. They sent it away for ten days to be repaired. They gave me a loner phone but it has a broken home button and a broken volume button. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.
