From the beginning of the process (confirmation email/communication) to the virtual consultation to the special day of trying on wedding dresses, my bridal consultant Alyssa was such a joy to work with! Even in a pandemic with all precautions taken, It was such a special experience for me and my family. It was fun and easy and I'm grateful Alyssa was a part of it. The dresses were absolutely breathtaking and the experience was even better!

I really love the simple, elegant look, which the dresses in the Mikado material displayed. She never pressured me. She actually told me to take a day to think about it. I had an absolutely AMAZING experience at this store. I worked with Alyssa and she called me ahead of time to get the list of dresses I wanted to try on. When I got to the salon she already had all the dresses pulled. I was able to try on ten dresses and found the most beautiful dress. I would definitely recommend this store!!

This lovely bridal shop has one of the most excellent customer service I've ever experienced. I shopped here for my wedding dress and found the "ONE". It was so easy to book an appointment with them. Parking was convenient. Before I went in for my dress shopping, I let them know that I had picked the dresses that I would like to try on (considering the brands that they carry), and they offered me to send/email them the list of dresses that I have on my list to see if they have it in stock. And I thought that alone was time-saving and practical.

Alyssa was the absolute best! I had more fun than I could have ever imagined at this appointment. Alyssa and the entire team were so helpful, not hesitating to change out displays for dresses I wanted to try. They were all so kind, took time to listen, and make a personal connection and were not pushy at all like some other bridal boutiques I’ve been to. I hope every bride to be gets this amazing of an experience, it was something I will cherish forever even if I don’t end up choosing one of those dresses!

Jessica along with the rest of the ladies at Pronovias were so amazingly kind, supportive, and informative during my first (and only!) wedding dress try-on. I had my sights set on a particular gown that I end up choosing in the end but Jessica encouraged me to try on some more which I am happy that I did. She was the farthest thing from a pushy saleswoman and I could tell, she truly enjoyed helping me during such a special process and purchase. I can't wait to get back to Pronovias KOP to do my fittings and see my dream dress come to life. Highly recommend this beautiful store, the amazing staff, and all of the gorgeous and quality products they offer if you are shopping for designer gowns!

I recently had my appointment at Pronovias KOP with absolutely no expectation to pick my dress during my first appointment. Staff at KOP was fantastic, despite restrictions caused by covid they made my experience memorable. They went above and beyond to help me pick the right dress and I said YES to the most gorgeous dress ever!!! Kendra helped me to pick my dress and she was fantastic! She did not want to push the sale but she made sure I was absolutely in love with my dress! All the rest of the staff also came to help me and support me. My appointment was not the easiest for the staff as my family and friends from Italy were connected all the time, and managing an appointment in two languages was not an easy task. But the stuff handled it in the best possible way, asking my bridesmaid to translate for them so that they could fulfill all my family requests. I highly recommend Pronovias as in my opinion they have the most beautiful, elegant and refined bridal dresses and I also highly recommend the KOP store in Philadelphia as the staff is fantastic!
