DONT BUY ANY BOOKS FROM THIS DISTRIBUTOR! I bought a book for nursing school and ended up not needing it. I sent back the book and was told that I would get a refund within 3 weeks. Its now been 2 months and I have yet to receive my refund! I called and was told to email someone with my info and never received an email back. Also was ripped off for shipping because their website does not say what their stand shipping time is, paid for expedited shipping, then found out from UPS that their standard shipping would have been to me in 1 day because of their proximity. Overall, I have had a terrible experience from them. Customer service is completely unhelpful and not accommodating at all.
