It has been a month since I placed my order with this store and still no product and no refund. After a week of not receiving a shipping notification, I emailed and asked for a status update. I was told that due to a small fire in their warehouse, my order was delayed but that it would either be shipped by the end of that week, or a refund would be issued. That date came and went.... no shipping notification and no refund. I waited another week before emailing again asking for an update.... no reply at all. I waiting another week and sent a third inquiry.... no reply. I has now been a month and still nothing. I have never had a company flat out steal my money, but it seems like that's what is happening now.

This store no longer exists. I spent a good long time searching for the location, in the pouring rain, in the shopping center. Not there. Also, all phone calls that I made were not returned and emails were not answered.
I thought I had an issue with the Reward Points not applying, but upon contacting support I was advised that the points aren’t rewarded till the initial order was completed. The sales rep was nice enough to apply the Reward Points anyway. :) Will return and recommend to friends.

So happy I received my 2 Badwood G pens and giraffe nuts lol sounds funny but are beyond yummyyy !!! Hubby and I love them!!! Perfect site can wait to purchase something else
Warning, Never sent product, charged 124.85 to my credit card. Never called after weeks of leaving numerous messages. Do Not Buy for this site.
I inquired about why my order was delayed in shipping and they cancelled it. Nasty beyond belief. CAUTION. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!
