Had a great car buying experience here! Went in to check if they had a specific car, and the salesman, Jeff, found one at a different lot and actually went to get it for me. I ended up loving it and buying it, and the whole process was simple and painless. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and I am in LOVE with my car. The financial manager I worked with, Debbie, was equally as friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back in the future.

Chris was amazing from the second I walked in the door. He was super personable and he wasn’t at all pushy. He made sure that my husband and I were aware that we had options and we didn’t have to settle if we weren’t happy. My toddler was getting restless and an older gentleman (the owner possibly, I can’t remember) gave him a toy car to play with and he loved it! I have dealt with more than enough car salesman and I can honestly say, this is the absolute best experience I have had. Thank you Kia for my amazing new (to me) Sorento!

Great buying experience at Kings Kia. Bob Merry is great to deal with. He provided upfront pricing with no games. The dealership doesn’t add accessories you don’t need to the vehicles to increase the price. Trevor was helpful in bringing the vehicle to my house to look at and the digital buying process for doing the paperwork from my house was a first and very easy and safe. I had a minor problem with the car needing the door striker adjusted and Chris in service took care of it the same day and was super helpful. All around a great, low pressure buying experience with great staff.

Damian Santorelli sells cars. He's good at it, especially for such a young guy. I'm an old guy, 75 and grumpy, young people can irritate me by just BEING young! :-) I enjoyed working with Damian. Your quality used car at a competitive price was a good starting point, but Damian sold it.

Amazing customer service that made the car buying experience painless, fast and highly efficient! All COVID protocols were followed in the dealership as well as when they delivered the vehicle to our home. Greg Cornell was our salesman and he was straightforward with the pricing and extremely helpful explaining all the options/accessories include with the Telluride. We were able to sign all the paperwork in the comfort of our our home and it couldn’t have been easier. Best car buying experience to date! Keep up the great work Kings Kia!
