I am very pleased with the service and the product. The appointment for installation was kept and punctual. He worked in extreme heat and completed the work in good time. I love the change in my water for showering and cleaning! I have struggled with itchy skin since moving here. I have changed shampoos several times and had started using hand lotions regularly. It never occurred to me that it might be the water! The itching is almost gone after only a few days of using Culligan water. I also got the water purification for drinking. I can now drink the water from my faucet. My coffee tastes so much better! It is so much easier to keep pet bowls filled with fresh water. It's wonderful! The best part is no more lugging cases of bottled water home from the store.
This is the most difficult company to work with. They schedule my deliveries on my closed day once a month, we run out of water and they can't bring us any for another week, so i cancel my account and they can't pick up their empty bottles for another month and a half, because my pick up day is on a day that I am closed. I called corporate and amazingly they will pick them up tomorrow. I would not recommend the St. Mary's location. My thanks to corporate for helping me.
We're extremely happy with our new water softening system. Paul was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the issues with our house water, then offered several options to address the issues at different price points. The system was installed on schedule, apart from a small issue with the dechlorination tank being out of stock, but that was added to the system within a week. The difference in the quality of the water coming out of our taps is amazing! We're so glad we contacted Culligan soon after moving into our house and didn't wait until damage had been done.
Just moved to the island. Water here is not like Atlanta. Paul and his team were nothing but exceptional on all levels. Now our dream home has great water. Would highly recommend Culligan to anyone
