Have always been good in past. Called in with a warranty issue this morning, went ahead and ordered a spare, just in case. Got invoice, they are now charging a "call-in processing fee" of 4.95, even though it was a warranty issue. Made no mention of it , just appeared on bill. Only reply when questioned, it was now "company policy".

I bought 2 starters for a pair of snowblowers in January. I checked to model numbers and I thought I ordered the correct motors, but the parts did not work out. I made the purchase through Paypal. I called the number for returns several times , i left messages , no one would return my call. I was finally able to talk to someone, he was very helpful , and sent me the paperwork to return these 2 items. I shipped the items off , but NEGLECTED to record the tracking numbers. After a month , I had not received the credit on Paypal , I opened a case and the case was denied , apparently DB Electrical said they did not receive the return. THis is a major red flag , I would not recommend anyone do business with this company .
