Tech was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, professional and answered all of my questions. Gas Log Fireplace is back up and running great. Would recommend Leinbach to friends and family. Especially the service Tech that performed our service. Great Job!

TJ was great. Showed us what to look for to keep our gas logs running the way they should be. He wore covers over his shoes to keep our floors clean & was knowledgeable. I would recommend.
Leinbach blew our other estimate out of the water. We had a propane line installed from our outdoor portable propane tank to our indoor fireplace. The technician was very responsive and respectful. He was very neat and put everything back as he found it. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to others!
We recently purchased a home that has 2 gas fireplaces. As the weather is getting colder, and we wanted to start using the fireplaces, we felt that they should be checked out first. We also needed to be sure we were starting and using them correctly. We were very pleased and impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and personable customer service we received. We have had a family member who suffered a house fire resulting in a total loss of dwelling and all possessions (including 1 pet) but thankfully no personal injuries, so we take this stuff quite seriously. We were, again, quite happy with the thoroughness of the technician and our overall experience with this company and will certainly use them in the future. Thanks TJ for the awesome service.
So glad I called this contractor. On time quick service at a fair price. Needed two toilets replaced at my office. Service man showed up, evaluated the job and got it done in the time he estimated despite challenges that came up.
