I went to Rick Hill Imports on 02/06/21 and was treated great and left with an outstanding vehicle. I met David and then Grady and after a couple of test drives I found the car I wanted. I got a good deal on my trade in, the financing part went nice and smooth and everything was gone over regarding what I needed to do come Monday. As I went to go home I realized I was leaving an auto dealer with a positive feeling and that felt really nice. I highly suggest stopping by and as a side note, I did not buy a six figure BMW but they treated me as if I did.

I just purchased a car from Rick Hill and can truly say it was an awesome experience. Shannon was more than kind to my wife and I and worked to make the experience as seamless as possible from beginning to end. I never felt pressured as I have at other dealerships. I drove from out of state to purchase the car and Shannon emailed me to follow up, and called to make sure we made it back home safely and ensure there were no issues or concerns with the car. My wife and I were very impressed and would highly recommend working with Shannon and the Rick Hill Imports team.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. I chose the vehicle online, was contacted by email by Zach. I gave him all the pertinent information necessary and what my goal for a payment would need to be to be satisfied. With this all done with a few texts and a brief phone call, I awaited their offer. Within an hour I had my answer. I made appointment for the following day at 10am. When I arrived the vehicle was ready and within 25 minutes I was leaving with my new car. Thank you to Zach and the rest of the staff at Rick Hill for a very professional and respectful transaction.

I rarely do reviews but if I could give 10 stars to this dealership and Bryan Brewster I would. I have purchased many Mercedes in my State of NC but by far I was treated the best by Bryan with his professionalism, honesty and quick follow up to all my questions and needs I could not ask for better customer service than I received from Rick Hill Imports and from Bryan. I called to see about upgrading our vehicles. I had the pleasure of speaking with Alex Graham. He was a very polite individual and very informative. I told him what I was looking for and how I hated that I couldn't come by and see the vehicles in person. He asked if I would be willing to accept a video call. I said of course. He than called me via video and walked outside in the cold to take me to look at some vehicles'. I told him that was necessary and he politely told me it was his pleasure. I found a couple of SUV's that interested me. He said I could make an appointment to come see them and test drive them. Based on this experience I would not go anywhere else but here. The customer service he provided is very memorable and I really enjoyed speaking with him yesterday. If you are interested in buying a vehicle call Rick Hill and ask for Alex Graham. 5 STARS is NOT enough for the exceptional customer service provided by this young man. Thank you for going above and beyond Mr. Graham as It is highly appreciated
