As a consummate candle aficionado, I have tried everything across all price ranges. I have a thirst to satiate a depth of knowledge in this field that extends from wick and candle maintenance, health concerns with processed chemicals, dyes, stabilizers and scents, to burn time, consistency, and range, depth and volume of scents. Trust my 20 years of research that says that there is no better company for your health and for the quality (bang for your buck) than Keap. Rest assured that by supporting them, you have found the best product currently available. All of this is backed by Stephen and the team, a group that stand behind their products and are there for you every step of the way to gregariously help. Have my subscription flipped on for life.
Oh my gosh! These are the best candles I have ever purchased. The scent stays consistent through the entire burn (don’t you hate the candles that smell great but once they burn for a little bit the scent just goes away!?). And the scents! Every single one smells wonderful. I especially love ALL of them. I have a monthly subscription, but always add an extra one each month. The customer service has been great too. I had a little issue caused by USPS but contacted Keap. Stephen responded immediately to my email and could not have been more kind and helpful.
Keap's candles are amazing. The smells are unique and lovely, they last a long time, and they carry throughout a room beautifully. But what I love most about Keap (and the reason I felt compelled to write a review) is all of the ways in which the company goes above and beyond just providing great candles. You can tell that this is a labor of love. They put time into making every detail perfect, from the beautiful and sustainable packaging of each candle (I genuinely look forward to seeing what each package has in store), to including matches with each shipment and a sample of the next candle in your subscription. And, their customer service is some of the best I have experienced. I had a small issue with my subscription through no fault of the company, and Stephen reached out to figure it out immediately. He truly went out of his way to fix it and was so kind and patient through the process. I could not be happier with my experience and can very confidently recommend their candles to anyone looking for something that will bring a spark of joy and comfort to their home!
I consider myself a candle aficionado and these are THE BEST. Keap Candles have eased the stress of isolation. I look forward to lighting one and relaxing with a book... or a movie. The NORTHLANDS aroma is complex, delicious and has just the right amount of fragrance.
