I bought their cloud stinger headset mostly for conference calls and the product worked great for about almost a year in. At about 11 months my colleagues noticed there was consistent static coming from my end of the line and other headsets didn’t product any issues. While I am knocking off a star for product reliability I will give Kingston credit for their 2 year manufacture warranty which they honored. They are quite strict in their rules meaning you must provide all the necessary information and mail back the original broken product with your own money. Using fed ex it cost me almost 20 to ship the product back for essentially replacing a 50 product but I was happy with the replacement.

Horrible customer service and return policy! I ordered HyperX headphones for my son a couple weeks before his birthday. Birthday comes around and son decided it wasn't the headphones he wanted. Contacted Kingston and was told NO RETURNS due to being longer than 30 days! It's been 28 days since we received the item!! 38 days since it was shipped! I emailed customer service last week requesting an RMA number per policy and received NO REPLY! And now when I called to follow up they say it's too late!

Kingston Memory is ripping you off 10 gig on their Canvas Select Plus 512 gig card. I purchased this Kingston Canvas Select 512 gig SD card expecting like all the other companies, that I would get a card containing 476 gig of free space. ( 476gig is the norm as 1024 megabytes equals 1 gigabyte, and when you multiply it out, that would equal a 512 gig SD card ) So naturally, I thought the card was a fake. I ran the hardware test and found that infact, I actually HAD 466 gig, instead of 476 gig. I called Kingston Memory, and got ahold of tech support. They verified that my card was not a fake. So I asked why I was short 10 gig compared to every other competitor? They replied that it was due to their card structure and architecture, and there is only room for 466 gig. I then told Kingston Memory that they are misleading and ripping off the public advertising their card as 512 gig. They should advertise it as 502 gig.. I bought their 512 gig card expecting that there would be 476 gig like every other competitors SD card, but instead I got 466 gig. --\u003e 10 gig short. Next issue was the card stated up to 100mb per second transfer rate. I got a burst start speed of 75mb per second, then settled down to 72mb per second. Atleast the speed is close in an everyday application, and I wasn't running a lab simulation which should have higher results. On the plus side, The card does come with a lifetime warranty as long as you keep the bill and packaging.....apparently.) But being short 10 gig for the same money as the competitors card frankly upsets me. And the false advertising SERIOUSLY upsets me even more. I think I should return the card and buy a Samsung or SanDisk.. At least then I know I'd be getting the correct amount of memory for my dollar. Shame on you Kingston!!! That kind of shady advertising being called a scammer!

I got a flat tire outside of the parking lot, and pulled into it to fix the issue. While waiting for help to arrive a security guard approached me saying that their \client\ wanted me to move my car while it was still on the jack and threatening to have it towed.
