We bought a BMW from here 2 years back and we’ve had no issues with the car. We bring it to this service center too and they take such good care of us. Better yet, their price is unbeatable. I get quotes from many different service centers and even with bigger maintenance, they cost about half of what BMW service center would charge me. They genuinely care about customer service with their customers and try their very best to fulfill all our requests and needs. Also, they get everything done on time and I’ve never had a time where they delayed the repairs. I cannot recommend them enough and I will continue bringing my cars here without a doubt.

Words can NOT describe my positive experience, i'll tell u guys why! I've recently visited Kingstowne Motorcars and I can honestly say this is a fantastic family business that's been around for a while. They took extra time to ensure my vehicle was detailed and sanitized prior to my arrival. They specialize in high quality, unusual and special imports. They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. Pricing on their cars is very transparent and your trade in will be fair. I wasn't able to purchase due to my financial situation but I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles. The moment I arrived I knew this was going to be an awesome experience, there was no pushy salesman hovering around me, they informed me over the phone that the best price is already placed up-front so that saved me loads of time with what to expect. They were honest in what to expect. They also mentioned that they have a service facility on-site, I finally found what I was looking for. Don't just take my word for it!! GO check them out yourselves!
The staff was excellent!! I had a need for a new vehicle and their team met my specific needs from buying to delivery in expedient fashion. In no more than a week they were able to find me the exact vehicle I not only needed but with the packaging I wanted. The whole process seemed to take only minutes.
My experience buying a vehicle through Kingstowne Motorcars was first class all the way. I never felt pressured, rather, I felt reassured by their professionalism and knowledge. Pat was very thorough and answered every question that I had. Further, Debby continued providing me with excellent care even after the sale. She is 100% on top of things. This is a respectable business with quality vehicles and great staff.
A ONE STOP SHOP-- If I could give more than 5 I would! This place is a TOP NOTCH business. These guys run everything like a franchise with professionalism and customer care. I had a very specific car I wanted and Billy found it within a month. Prices are ridiculously reasonable compared to others. And to top it off, their service area was better than brand name dealerships. DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS IS IT!
My experience was great. They were very helpful and polite. They let me test drive the car I wanted multiple times without any issue. They made my purchasing experience easy and quick. Customer service was outstanding, definitely will recommend to anybody looking for a car these are the people you want to do business with!
