We were seated pretty quickly. Staff was courteous. They were not very busy at all. We waited for quite awhile for our food to arrive after we ordered. We commented \well at least it'll be hot\, however it was not hot at all! Just warm. No, we did not send it back for a couple of reasons; 1. We just don't usually do that. 2. Our waitress didn't come check on us after she brought our food and we didn't even see her. Prior to that she had been by several times. We did eat most of our food because well it was warm enough to eat and it was our dinner after some long Dr's appts. My broccoli tasted musty so I didn't eat any except the one little taste. Been awhile since we've gone there at dinner time and will be a long time before we go back!!!

GO TO IHOP if you want subpar food better this, this is my first time and it was utterly disgusting and very bland. We waited 40 minutes so I was excited due to it being crowded, wish I would've took that as a sign and went somewhere else. Our waitress was nice but everything else was trash. Grits were soupy and watery, sausages were red on the inside and well done on the outside, and the \scrambled\ eggs were stiff and dry. I guess you get what you pay for
I really enjoyed this restaurant and they nailed It. I will say the parking was a little tight because the place is so popular. I am not sure I would recommend an overnight in an RV unless your up and out early.. as usual Cracker Barrel's restaurant was very clean and orderly and the staff was quite friendly oh, did I say they nailed my food order? It was really good thanks Cracker Barrel
1st time coming worst experience. Food was Excellent. Service just the worst. Maybe it's my brown face. Waiter looked over while walking by every time didn't bother getting me a refill. Or coming to check on us. Worst experience ever. Needs to be fixed.
We were really disappointed in our visit. My wife loves CB, but we aren't very close to one (15 miles away). We made this special trip because we had a gift card. My wife had Grandpa's Breakfast with a side pancake, hash brown casserole and over medium eggs. The first time out, everything of hers was cold. I was done eating by the time it came out again. This time her eggs were undercooked and the pancake was as flat as a crepe. Her meal was comp'd by the manager, but we won't be heading back soon. Our server, Brandon was fast, courteous and did the best he could, apologizing repeatedly for her order issues. We did buy a couple items from the gift shop, but this isn't our CB.
