Kent is very talented and professional. Juan and trim guys were talented and professional. Painters were good at painting. We were very happy with our door installation, up until it was time for the doors to be stained. They never came out well, and still today are poorly finished. After Tom offered to send the same people back for the 4th time, and told us it was too far for him to come look at it personally, we felt there was not much more ya'll were willing to do for us. Very disappointed in how we were treated and ignored and still left with two different color doors.

I had a full glass shattered in my back door and they came out immediately, boarded up the door so I could still use it, brought the books with them to order a new door and assisted me in selecting what would go best with my home. It was supposed to be 4 weeks on order but it came in over a week early and they put it in as soon as it came in. I couldn't be happier. The door is beautiful and now I want to do my windows also. Great company to work with.
