Amy Harbeck was great to work with on our search for a vacation home. Although the process to find the right home took over two years, Amy was always willing to show us potential properties, either in person or virtually, and never pressured us to move forward with a property we weren't completely satisfied with. Once we did find the right property, she was very informative about the market conditions and comparable sales and, in spite of the fact that it was a strong seller's market, she was able to negotiate a great deal for us. We would highly recommend Amy to anyone in search of a property on the Cape.

Although there were many mishaps with potential buyers throughout the sale of our property, Bud never gave up and worked diligently for us to sell our property and get us the best deal available. Especially with the difficulty of having a tenant in our property and COVID Bud did his absolute best to get the property sold. We highly recommend Bud Nugent and would consider using him again.

Jill Guidi was wonderful to work with. Her excitement for our home made it easy to choose her to be our agent. She was always responsive to any questions or comments we may have had. I wish I had more houses to sell so that I could work with Jill again! Planning to relocate out of New England, and I wish I could take her on the road with us to be our buyer's agent.
Allison was amazing to work with. She was patient with us through the dark winter months while we hunted high and low for our first home.
