Gina and Broc are the best by far!!! We lost our home July 4th of this year to a fire. We checked a couple other places before hearing about GMJ County Acres. We didn't need to look any further. Their personalities and friendliness, along with their knowledge of manufactured homes is impeccable!! No high pressure to sell. They show their homes and give detailed information, but the decision is yours. We can't praise them enough. Thank you so much Gina and Broc!!!

Very, very unfriendly to posting my experience on my own You Tube Channel, very hostile conversation with me and refused to let me video the modular home, and the multiple barking dogs were extremely annoying. I made it clear it several times that my videos are for free, and that in have Business News Show, and i just needed some video of a tiny house, and i gave her names of business owner i have worked with before. This business owner continues to lie to everybody and say i was charging them, i did not. She said to me, o videos are allowed.\ I do not charge money for any business featured on my you tube channel called Association of Metaphysical Stores. Feel free to contact any of the businesses i have featured and they will confirm its for free, like the wonderful people at Driftstone Pueblo in St. Elmo or Hazel Jayne in Effingham, its always free.
They are wonderful to deal with. We highly recommend you stop bye or give them a call.
The people are super friendly and the homes are very nice.
