We had a wonderful experience with Pool Safety Systems. They did a great job sizing and installing the cover, and the owner, Tom, was a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to show us how to properly use and maintain it. Installation was a breeze: they were in and out in less than an hour. On top of it all, their pricing was better than other quotes we received. My wife and I highly recommend them.

The fence itself is fine, however, the installation resulted in over 2,000 worth of damages to the pool lines. The holes for the fence were drilled directly into the lines. Apparently, this is not the first time this has happened to a customer. Make sure you know how deep your lines are because they will not check prior to drilling. We were compensated a small amount for the cost of the repair which is better than nothing. This rating is for the installation service, not the quality of the manufacturer’s product.
Great experience. I dealt with Tom, the owner of the company. He is very on top of things and did an excellent job with our pool cover. Very professional and would absolutely recommend.
