I had Chuck come out and do an inspection on our vented gas fireplace that has been in the home for many years and not used. I moved into the house with this setup and the pilot light would not stay on as the switch was stuck and the turn know would pop off and the gas logs were not arraigned correctly. Chuck came and fixed everything and now everything works great. He also took the time to explain how to operate the fireplace and all of the upgrade options available. He is a great technician and a very nice person.

We could not be happier with the experience we had with Fireplace and chimney professionals. From our initial cleaning and inspection of a wood stove in our newly purchased house that revealed we needed a new stove to the purchase process that Matt made very easy as well as informative. Then the install of our stove, they got us on the schedule incredibly fast. They made sure to keep everything clean and tidy while they did the job and were very meticulous with making sure the stove was level and the new piping was just perfect! We could not be happier!
