Very unprofessional. I came in to get my wedding dress steam and press. Was good at the beginning he checked the dress and told us it can be ready tmr morning. (we were very please at that time) before I pay, I mentioned that please be careful with this dress since it’s my wedding ceremony dress. And I was asking if there is chance the dress may shrike. He first said no it’s a normal dress, won’t change anything since he will only press it. My bf was going to ask something else. Then he suddenly said if you don’t trust me I won’t do it for you. And intended to get the ticket back... Even we kept saying we trust him.. He rejected to serve us because I said please be careful... very disappointed

I had such a wonderful experience here! I dropped of a suit on Friday and asked to have it done by Wednesday. They were happy to get it done by EOD Tuesday. When I came on Tuesday, they explained that there was a stain that we didn’t even realize. Their service was friendly and I will be back with my future dry cleaning needs!
I needed my wedding dress cleaned for a fashion show and they were able to complete it on such a short notice. It turned out beautiful. Highly recommend this friendly dry cleaner.
Stay away from Ariel's Fine Dry Cleaning. This was my first visit fulled by reviews. I brought couple suits, jackets and pair slack. When I checked my slack at home I found that it was punctured in two places with big hole. It was obvious that some process or somebody did not use tool or something correctly. I brought it back and let owner know. First he looked at me and said I am not aware but it was like this before. I know that this is not true since I wore it maybe 2 times and examine all of my clothe prior to brig it to Ariel's. We talked and after some time he offered me to compensate loss. After some negotiation came to amount but I was shocked when he said that there is no way he can compensate it in a cash. I don't want his credit since after what happen I will never come back as well as I will make sure that everyone from my Corp will know of my experience. I was probably lucky that it did not happen to some of my expensive suits.
They dry cleaned my comforter and it was like new. Love it.
