I had my first visit with Dr. James this week and am excited to start this journey with a team that I can trust and partner with to reach my goals. After going through ups and downs with my weight over the past 5 years, finding a weight loss program that took into account my individual situation and provided a holistic approach was very important to me. Dr. James ability to listen to my struggles, show empathy plus provide scientific recommendations on how we could approach my program was comforting and motivating. I look forward to my next visit.
