Worked here for a few months and immediately noticed that Jemco has a real focus on environmental leadership and ensuring the aerospace machine shop and everything outside of it stays clean. Employees have many perks including the cross Kirkland corridor. Group hikes, SUP loaners, bicycle loaners, soccer events, healthcare options, and more. Jemco cares about employees, employee training and development, and environmental issues.
