I had windshield, hood, roof, door damage issue. Mcleod Body shop did great job. after repair the car looks brand new. fantastic!!! amazing work!!! especially thanks Mark. he is very friendly and treat me very well. much much appreciated

These guys are amazing! They truly understand how to make a happy customer! Everything went well, from the very first phone call to schedule an appointment, to the repair itself - which was executed with perfection. The estimate with Gary was the most efficient and friendly one I have seen. He took the time to explain what the options were in terms of repair and how each one of them would be executed, as well the price ranges and timelines I should expect. Shortly after he sent me very detailed quotes (one for each of the options) so that I could make an educated decision. I decided to go with the cheapest one, expecting that it would be just \good enough\. To my surprise, it was simply perfect! They also did a good job with phone updates, telling me how things were going and how much longer it would take to finish it. On top of that, the car was cleaned (inside and out) and it looked like new! What else should I ask for? Look no further. That's the place to go :-)
The estimator is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He is willing and able to explain the whole process and answer questions. The communication is wonderful from the front office to pickup counter. Great service and workmanship.
Took them a small project color matching my Tundra wheel flares which they were happy to do. Gary also found me color matching trim. Friendly staff and I'm happy with the work they did.
