Pacific Fire & Security has by far some of the best customer service out there. I work for a property management company and we use them for all of our buildings. They are dependable, quick to respond, and charge fair pricing. I honestly can't think of a time where their service was lacking.

This company stinks. Misleading, overpriced and a bunch of guys who lie and deceive you with empty promises. Be sure to steer far away from these guys because it's a complete sham that they run over here. Wish I could give negative stars. They messed up a lot of my business.

Pacific Fire came to our rescue! We needed a monitoring system installed to be able to call for a final Fire Inspection on our commercial renovation project but were told by other monitoring companies that it would take weeks or even months to do this. Pacific Fire and Security were out the same day to check out the project and were done 2 days later, as promised. Very communicative and professional.

Just be sure you read all the details of their contracts. Back door charges and changes to the wording. Things that a reputable company should not be doing if they want business. I then found a company that would do the service requested for a third of the price. Just because they have the best reviews doesn’t mean they are the best at their job.
