Generally, I think they are one of the best, non-detail car washes on the Eastside. Today, as with the last time I was there 3 months ago, it wasn’t up to par. Both times machinery inside was malfunctioning, so the entire left-side wasn’t washed, except for the incomplete brushing they do before in goes in. I mentioned it to the manager, and he was aware it wasn’t working. He offered to was it twice. But, twice incomplete still makes it incomplete. After it came outside, and they were done wiping it down—the second time—I still asked fir a towel to get places they missed. And it still wasn’t great. I still had bug splatters on the front, dirt on the front and back around the license plate, the rear valence wasn’t cleaned, etc. So, I hope the next time it’s back up to what they used to do. If not, I don’t see spending 30 (with the tip), when I can get it done at Brown Bear for half that cost—the only difference is not having the inside cleaned. And my last wash at the Redmond Brown Bear was better...

Not a car wash but more of a hogwash Stumbled upon this place mistaking it for a gas station. Seemed like a good place so took the premium package for the car wash. Though the car wash was just average, the customer service was absolute BS Before the car wash began we were told we would only need to pay for the car wash at the end and not right away. But later a guy summoned us inside a store where we were spoken to and accused of theft by a rude and irritable person. While we tried to explain to him that we were unsure of where to pay and were standing with a credit card in our hands waiting to pay, he mentioned that one of his \workers\ accused us of getting the service done and fleeing away. We wouldn't be doing that in our 60,000 car, just to save 40 for the car wash. Not a place that I would recommend or personally visit again.

Best Full Service car wash on the Eastside. I personally highly recommend getting your vehicle washed. Prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly.

Great full service car wash... Where your kids, can get a stuffed animal, or some trinket from the bin of toys! Let's just say my kids never cared about the car being so clean before we discovered this one!

I’ve only been once (today), but they did a great job on my Range Rover (basic wash 10.95 incl. tax). Will be back.
