Wait time was about 20-30 minutes, so make sure to check in first and get your name on the list and they will then text or call you when they are ready to serve you. Make sure that you know what you need help with and any extra questions. Great customer service experience over all. Ask Rich Luk for help with anything. He is great. Also I recommend doing some research on subjects you need help and assistance with via T-Mobile YouTube and search topics or subjects. That will save you a lot of time being outside and possibly help you.

Always a great experience! I recommend booking an appointment online prior to coming! Waited 30 mins for a walk in but luckily I did some grocery shopping next door. Associate (sorry I don’t remember your name ) was amazing! Thank you for all your help!
